Sustainable meals in our cafeteria at Groß Väter See

Sustainability is very important to us, which is why we mainly cook with regional and seasonal products and only use fair trade GEPA products to prepare our coffee, tea and cocoa. We also do not offer individual packaging, for example for honey or chocolate fudge. We work closely with suppliers from the region to purchase milk, bread, fruits and vegetables. The honey comes from our own beehive. Drinks are available from us in returnable glass bottles.
