It really was the best food I’ve ever had on a school trip. It was brilliant for our vegetarians and vegans that they weren’t just able to eat the side dishes, but were actually the focus of the planning.
Sustainability
Sustainability is very important to us, which is why we mainly cook with seasonal products and only use fair trade GEPA products to prepare our tea and cocoa. We source our coffee from our own martas coffee roastery in Lutherstadt Wittenberg.We also do not offer individual packaging, for example for honey or chocolate fudge. We work closely with suppliers from the region to purchase milk, bread, fruits and vegetables. The honey comes from our own beehive. Drinks are available from us in returnable glass bottles.
