Our kitchen director Christian Hirsch and his team spoil their guests with fine and creative cuisine. The menu is full of surprises, delicious flavour combinations and unexpected twists – goulash with king oyster mushrooms or teriyaki chilli salmon. Let us surprise you.
We are happy to cook vegetarian food for you on request – just ask and we will recommend a dish. In addition, our restaurant and hotel bar offer a selection of wines, aperitifs, and digestifs.

Restaurant 5:30 – 10:00 pm (warm food is served until 9:00 pm) As a hotel guest, you receive a 10% discount on your dinner in our in-house martas restaurant. Please note that this discount does not apply to events and celebrations and cannot be combined with other promotions.

From January 3, 2026, through February 6, 2026, the martas restaurant will be closed and no breakfast will be served at the hotel due to extensive renovations in the kitchen. As an alternative, we will provide packed lunches for €10.00 per person during this period. Coffee will be available free of charge in the lobby until 10 a.m. during this period. You are welcome to visit our restaurant "von Bora", which will be open daily for you in January.
Start your day with a healthy, nutritious, and delicious breakfast. Our daily buffet, which is available for non-hotel guests too, offers a generous selection of breakfast foods. For €15 per person you can chose from a spread of fresh fruit salad, yoghurt and muesli, crispy bread rolls, honey and various jams as well as a selection of sausages and cheese. Alongside this, we offer freshly prepared eggs to your liking and unlimited coffee, tea, and juice.
From January 3, 2026, through February 1, 2026, breakfast will not be offered at the hotel due to extensive renovations in the kitchen. Incorporating regional and fresh produce, our menu offers a Mediterranean spin of modern German cuisine. To complete this culinary experience, we offer an exclusive selection of fine wines. You are welcome to enjoy your meals either indoors or, weather permitting, on our large sun terrace.
