Our kitchen director Christian Hirsch and his team spoil their guests with fine and creative cuisine. The menu is full of surprises, delicious flavour combinations and unexpected twists – goulash with king oyster mushrooms or teriyaki chilli salmon. Let us surprise you.
We are happy to cook vegetarian food for you on request – just ask and we will recommend a dish. In addition, our restaurant and hotel bar offer a selection of wines, aperitifs, and digestifs.
