Our apartments – some equipped with a small kitchen unit – are the ideal place to stay to experience the cosmopolitan, creative and elegant side of Berlin up close. Modern and stylishly furnished, they offer everything you need for a long-term stay. Good to know: The apartments are non-smoking and suitable for allergy sufferers.

The kitchen units – which you will find in some of our apartments – are equipped with a sink, fridge, microwave, cutlery and crockery.

  • The state of Berlin levies a “City Tax” of 7,5% on the accommodation price per guest for all travelers.
  • Young people traveling alone (16 to 18 years) require a declaration of consent and a copy of the identity card of their legal guardian.
  • We serve a rich breakfast buffet at the martas restaurant Alvis, Albrechtstraße 8.
