Our guesthouses have been reviewed and certified by “Reisen für Alle” (Journeys for all). There are a total of ten wheelchair-accessible rooms including barrier-free bathrooms. Five four-bed rooms are equipped for hearing-impaired people.

During summer, martas Guesthouses offer a total of five shared rooms in the main building with space for up to six people. The rooms are located in the basement and are equipped with windows so that there is enough natural light. Bed linen is provided, towels can be borrowed from the reception for a small fee. The toilets and men’s and women’s showers are separate. A common room and a kitchen are available for free.

Our furnished apartments have all the amenities to make your stay in Berlin as pleasant as possible. The minimum rental period of an apartment is two months, the maximum rental period is six months. The one-bedroom apartment has 44 square meters and is priced at €49 per night. The two-room apartment with 55 square meters is 65 € per night. The prices include all utilities, a monthly intermediate cleaning and vary depending on the rental period. Both apartments are equipped with:
