Roastery and event location - where coffee enjoyment meets encounters
Welcome to martas coffee roastery in the heart of Wittenberg's old town - a place where the aroma of freshly roasted beans fills the room and awakens the senses as soon as you enter. Special coffee moments are created here, as well as space for encounters.
Our roastery is not a classic café, but an event location with character: sometimes a conference room with state-of-the-art technology, sometimes a stage for inspiring workshops or private celebrations. Between the roasting machine, bar and lounge area, every event becomes an unforgettable experience.
Freshly roasted coffee is available during our opening hours directly in the martas coffee roastery - packaged with love to take away and enjoy at home. And if you drop by outside opening hours: You can also get our coffee specialties at the reception of the martas hotel Lutherstadt Wittenberg. So a piece of martas is always within reach.

With our project coffees, which we roast and sell in our martas coffee roastery in Lutherstadt Wittenberg, we want to make these stories visible:
In Kenya, we support the KEDEVO coffee projectfamilies who gain access to education and medical care through coffee cultivation. Small farmers are encouraged to act both ecologically and economically sustainably. Every bag of beans harvested here also represents an investment in the future and prospects.
And in Honduras, women's cooperatives such as COMUCAP and APROLMA cultivate the finest organic green coffee. They do this not only for the taste, but also for their independence and self-determination. Women's coffee stands for strength, community and the courage to go their own way.
In this way, every packet of project coffee becomes part of a bigger story - a story of fairness, sustainability and appreciation.
